Minutes To A Better Game!
They say golf is 90% Mental and 10% Physical. I don't know if I completely
agree on this - but do think the mental side of golf is a big factor.
For a Type A person it was tough to put aside all the things going on around
me - but I really wanted to give this a try.
One thing I found right away was how relaxed it made me in the moment. As I'm
sure you need it - I need to take time out occasionally.
As I went through each of the sections of the CD (see below) I found my mental
state and approach to my game becoming completely different.
I have to admit I did not get near as tense when I had a blow up hole or mishit.
I was able to get right back at the task at hand and usually recovered nicely.
I have now listened to the whole CD several times and would say it helped.
Being such a physical golfer - this made me pay more attention to my emotions
and how I handled different situations.
