Weighted Golf Club
There are hundreds of training aids for golf. They all seem to average $100
or more.

The Powerstik is a similar concept to the very popular Momentus that
David Duvall endorsed for so long.
I received one a little over a week ago and was very excited to swing it to
see how it felt.
Knowing I already own the Momentus (at almost $100) I didn't think it would
be much different.
Boy was I wrong.
First off - swinging a weighted
club is as golf-specific as you can get. Anytime you can mimic your
sport or athletic movement with resistance you'll see an improvement.
What I liked right off the bat with the Powerstik was having most of
the weight at the very end of the club. You could really feel where the clubhead
is throughout the whole swing.
Secondly - I liked the sense of that weight at the end speeding up the swing
without much effort. Swinging a weighted club should not ever be at full speed.
It would put too much stress on the shoulder joints.
I got the "molded" grip which I really like also. It keeps reminding
me of the proper grip and makes it a little easier to hold onto the club when
swinging it.
After just swing it 10 times or so I felt really warmed up and could have stepped
on the course to play. This would be a great "quicky" warm-up if you're
in a hurry.
The only downfall (if there is one) is it's a full length club - so you need
lot's of ceiling height to swing it. The backyard or the garage would be a perfect
spot.
Not in the house! I don't want your spouses sending me any "hate"
e-mail.
I liked it SO much I got the rights to sell it to my members right on the site.

If you're ready to quickly improve your driving distance - order your
weighted golf club here.
You'll notice it's significantly less than the Momentus.
